Greetings! I am Joshua Cassada, and I am honored to be the Principal of Colleyville Elementary School. I am committed to the education of all students in a safe, supportive, and academically rigorous learning environment.

I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Arizona State University and later pursued a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Dallas Baptist University. Over the past five years, I have served as an Assistant Principal at Colleyville Middle School (1 year) and Townsell Elementary School (4 years) in Irving, Texas. Additionally, I have held roles as a Special Education Math & ELAR Academic Specialist (K-12), seven years of teaching experience in fourth and fifth grade at Thomas Haley Elementary School, and one year of sixth-grade math in Mesa, Arizona. Before my career in education, I served five years of active duty in the United States Marine Corps. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my girlfriend, Candice, playing golf, and cheering on my Kansas City Chiefs!

As previously mentioned, I consider it a huge honor to serve as Principal of Colleyville Elementary School. Colleyville Elementary is a wonderful school with awesome students, excellent staff, amazing parents, and a community that supports success for all. #TeamCES
