Literacy Intervention Teacher
Hi, I'm Mandy Galloway. This is my 7th year as the Literacy Intervention Teacher at Colleyville Elementary. I work with students with dyslexia, literacy groups, and teachers. I am a Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT) and love helping students. My hope is to instill in my students a love for reading. I want them to know that I am an advocate for them and that they can advocate for themselves.
This is my 23rd year of teaching. I've taught 2nd and 3rd grade, K-5 special ed, and K-5 reading and math intervention. I am so grateful to be a CES Cowboy!
I graduated in Elementary Education from Louisiana Tech University and received my Masters in Administration from Lamar University. I grew up in Ruston, LA and moved to Texas after college. My husband Josh and I have the sweetest dog named Buddy.
