Sharon Mullen
My name is Sharon Mullen and I am the RISE teacher at CES!
This will be my 36th year as a teacher. I have taught first grade, second grade, fifth grade and special education. I have been in GCISD for 24 years. I decided when I was a third grader that I wanted to be a teacher... that is all I have ever wanted to do! I am so fortunate to spend my days doing what I love!
I have been married to my husband, Greg for 31 years. We have two daughters. Lindsay is an oncology nurse at Cook Children's Medical Center in Ft. Worth. Bethany is a Behavior Interventionist in GCISD. We have two grandchildren; a two year old little boy and his 6 week old little sister. Needless to say, lots of our free time is spent being grandparents.
My goal is to be accessible to parents as much as possible to ensure a strong partnership between home and school. While my planning time is mostly consistent from day to day, the best way to get in touch with me is through email. If you call the front office they will get me a message that you called and I will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
